반응형 hemiparesis1 중환자에서 발생하는 stroke, focal neurologic deficit, seizures, generalized weakness, neuromuscular disorders Stroke and other focal neurologic deficit 운동 기능이나 감각 기능의 focal impairment(eg, hemiparesis)로 나타나는 주요 neurologic deficit이 새롭게 나타나거나 seizure가 나타나는 경우 cerebrovascular circulation과 관련된 문제가 그 원인일 수 있다. 내과계 중환자에서 CT 촬영의 유용성을 평가한 연구에서 ischemic stroke(허혈성 뇌졸중)와 intracranial bleeding(두 개 내 출혈)이 새롭게 발생한 neurologic defecit(신경학적 결손)이나 seizure의 가장 흔한 원인으로 확인되었다.
